Anti-Tobacco Awareness Programme (23-12-2020)
The IQAC, D.K. College in association with the District Tobacco Control Cell of Kamrup District Health Society organised an anti tobacco awareness programme on “Burden of Tobacco and Cancer” on 23/12/2020.
A total of 58 students and faculty members participated in the programme organised for the sensitization of the adverse effects of tobacco use. The aim of the programme was to build a tobacco free educational institution and make the students aware of the ill effects of using tobacco and the importance of a healthy body and mind.
