The Emblem of the College
The blooming lotus in the centre of the emblem stands for spreading of quality and excellence in education. The strands of paddy encircling the lotus stands for prosperity and happiness- indicating the economic base of the region. In between the two is engraved the name and motto of the college. The motto-"Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya" means- "lead us from darkness to light". It reminds of all the enlightenment to be achieved to lead a successful life.
