Meeting No. 1: Executive Meeting on 14th March, 2016
Agenda:
1. Intimation regarding participation in the programme organised by ACTA Womens Cell at J.N. College Boko on the occasion of International Womens Day
2. Future programmes to be conducted on behalf of the Forum.
1. A lecture programme on entrepreneurship was subsequently organised.
2. A demonstration of handmade items was also done by women entrepreneur for guiding and inspiring students towards self employment.

Agenda:

Proceeding: There was discussion regarding organizing a lecture prpgramme on issues such as self employment or human rights. There was suggestion for organising an exhibition on handwoven clothes in the direction towards women empowerment.
Action taken: 1. A lecture programme on entrepreneurship was subsequently organised.
2. A demonstration of handmade items was also done by women entrepreneur for guiding and inspiring students towards self employment.

Meeting No. 2: General Meeting on 27th August, 2016
Agenda:
1. Discussion regarding fixing of time and date of organizing the lecture programme on Entrepreneurship
2. Constitution of organizing committee and distribution of duties
3. Raising fund for donation to Karunadhara
4. Fund was to be raised for Karunadhara.
Proceeding: The date for the lecture programme was fixed. The resource persons were suggested and finalized. The reception committee, Food committee, Venue arrangement committee, and technical committee were chosen as part of the organizing committee. Request for fund was to be placed before the Principal.
Action taken:
1. The lecture programme was organised on 15th September, 2016
2. A sum of Rs. 7000/-was raised and donated to Karunadhara on behalf of the Womens Forum.

Meeting No. 3: Annual General Meeting on 28th February, 2017 Agenda: 1. Annual report by Secretary, Womens Forum
1. Resignation of present Office Bearers
2. Formation of New Committee
Proceedings: The new executive committe including Presidet and Secreatry of the Womens Forum were formed for the Session 2017-18 after resignation of the present Executive committee members. The activities of the Forum during 2016-17 were also placed before members of the Forum. Request for financial assistance for the recovery of the son of a senior member of the Womens Forum was to be placed before the D.K College Teachers Unit.
Action taken:
The new executive committee took charge
Fund for recovery of colleagues son was raised by Teachers Unit and given.
